- 1.5 pounds Lean Ground Meat Use any lean hamburg, veal, pork, turkey or mixture of these
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Chopped Herbs Use any combination oregano, basil, parsley
- 2 cloves garlic Crushed
- 1 Egg Beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the ingredients by hand lightly. Do not over work the mixture it will result in hard/tough meatballs. Form small balls and place on a cookie sheet, bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
